Copy letter dated 040403 from Suffolk County Council ? decision.
Re Beaconsfield Road Kessingland.
I refer to previous correspondence on the above claim. The rights of Way and Traffic Management Sub Committee recently considered the matter and decided that the claim should be rejected.
You have a right of appeal against the decision to the Secretary of State. Notice of appeal must be sent within 28 days of the date of this letter to Government Office, Environment Group, Eastbrook, Shaftesbury Road Cambridge CB2 2DF. You are obliged to inform the County Council if you make an appeal.
I know how strongly you feel about this matter. The Sub-Committee did consider if there was any point in deferring the paper to allow further consultations with the officers dealing with the Local Traffic Plan, but decided that the two matters were separate, and made their decision.
