WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE PARISH OF KESSINGLAND IN THE DISTRICT OF WAVENEYSUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (PARISH OF KESSINGLAND) MODIFICATION ORDER 2005.This Order is made by Suffolk County Council under section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (?the Act?), in accordance with a direction made to the Council by the Secretary of State under paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 14 to the Act to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the Parish of Kessingland in the District of Waveney in consequence of events specified in section 53(3)(c)(iii) namely, the discovery of evidence which shows: that a highway shown in the map and statement as a footpath ought to be there shown as a byway open to all traffic; and that particulars contained in the statement require modification.The Authority has consulted with every local authority whose area includes the land to which the Order relates. The Suffolk County Council hereby order that:1. For the purpose of this Order the relevant date is 1 March 2005.2. The Definitive Map and Statement for the Parish of Kessingland in the District of Waveney shall be modified as described in Part I and II of the Schedule and shown on the map attached to the Order3. This Order shall take effect on the date it is confirmed and may be cited as the Suffolk County Council (Parish of Kessingland) Modification Order 2005.
