To note the balance of accounts; Leek United = £50,000, Cheshire Building Society = £21,751.85. Total = £71,830.18. To authorise payments = Mrs J Mason wages and expenses - £1,755.18, Mr F Walton salary and expenses - £202.58 ( Payment for quality status work not parish council work submitted). Receipts = Lloyds Banking group - £33.65, Interest Cheshire Building Society - £78.33.( Leek United predicted to earn £1,139.73 by April 2010 if not withdrawn beforehand). To appoint a Financial Officer for the Council. To resolve to appoint the internal auditor for the Council 2009/10. 6. Quality Status.
