We are an independent local charity providing specialist palliative day care for adults diagnosed with a life-limiting illness in the Stratford upon Avon district.

Our specialist palliative nursing care and support enables patients to continue living at home with their families whilst receiving active treatment, or for as long as possible when active treatment has ceased.

The Information and Support Service is based in Stratford on Avon town centre for any adult affected by any type of serious illness. It is open to everyone, not just those who have been diagnosed with an illness but also their carers, family and friends
