Randall Shopland is the council's respected and capable clerk. He prepares the council's agenda, minutes and correspondence prior to every monthly meeting. He also undertakes research into planning and legal matters and handles the business of hall bookings and remittances. Dyffryn Clydach residents are fortunate that we have a clerk of his calibre and to have the benefit of his expertise and experience in council matters.
