THE MEMORIAL HALL, LONGFORD
Our newly refurbished Dyffryn Clydach Memorial Hall, is situated at the top of "The Drive" in Longford. The hall,with its two committee rooms provides excellent facilities with first rate disabled access and kitchen area.There is also a playground for toddlers and another for older children close at hand.
The hall is well used by many different community organisations and we are always keen to accomodate new groups and different activities in the hall and its rooms.
SCHEDULE OF HALL HIRE CHARGES.
EFFECTIVE FROM 1 APRIL 2007
MAIN HALL
Dances- Discos. £45.00 per session 7-10pm plus £20 for any hour or part thereof after10
Junior Discos £35.00 per session
Children's Party - Residents of Dyffryn Clydach
£22 per 2 hour party with additional hours £11.
Children's Pary - Non Residents
£25 per 2 hour party with additional hours £12.50
All party/dance/disco bookings are subject to a minimum hire period of 2 hours and require a £25 refundable security bond payable in advance.
Fundraising Events [e.g social, bingo, jumble sales] £15.50 per evening session up to 9pm.
Pensioners' Groups £6.20 per hour.
Children's/ Youth Groups £60 per annum.
Parent & Toddler Groups £6.20 per hour.
Bowls Club £18.60 per session.
Meetings £10.40 per hour-min 2 hours
COMMITTEE ROOMS
Meetings/ seminars £8.30 per session
All charges shown are inclusive of VAT.
28 days notice of cancellation is required or payment for booking due in full.
