Crime Red Alert !!

There are thieves operating in our area!

August/September 2008

Please be aware that there have been two burglaries in the last week on Dan-y-Graig Road. Thieves entering through open transom/conservatory  windows. and making off with money/ handbags etc. Don't be a victim! Lock up properly at night

Residents are urged to take care after three burglaries took place in the week ending 30.7.07

All of these crimes were 'Walk Ins'. Householders were present but had left back doors open through the night. One victim left a front door open while they gardened at the rear of the property.All had valuables and money stolen.

We live in a relatively low-crime area but taking simple precautions can spare a lot of heartache. 

Three young men in our area are causing problems. They knock doors saying they are looking for a lost cat and asking to search your garden.

While one is talking to you the others will be burlging your property so please--

 Send them away and contact police immediately. Do not wait to report the matter to local councillors. They must be caught.
