EAST TYTHERLEY PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON MONDAY 24th MAY 2004. 1. Members Present: Mr. A. Robins, Mrs. S. James, Mr. M. Scoones and Mr. P. Redshaw. Apologies received from Mr. P. Paddock.2. Acceptance of Office: Mr. Michael Scoones has signed The Acceptance of Office and Notification Registration of Financial and Other Interests.3. Minutes of previous AGM 2003: The previous minutes have been circulated, read and signed as a correct record.4. Election of Officers: Mr. A. Robins is happy to continue as Parish Council Chairman, nominated by Mr. P. Redshaw and seconded by Mrs. James. Mr. P. Redshaw will be on the Sub-Committee, all agreed. Planning Officer, Mr. M. Scoones has agreed to help Mr. A. Robins on planning, proposed by Mr. P. Redshaw and seconded by Mrs. S. James.
