Planning and Finance Committee meetings will also be held during the year, dates to be agreed. Please contact the Clerk for further details.

                                                All meetings are open to the public

There is a period of ten to twenty minutes before the formal meeting commences for reports from County and District Councillors and to allow for questions from members of the public.

[1] This is the first meeting of the Parish Council year, when the Chairman and the Vice Chairman are elected, the committees are approved and representatives to other bodies are agreed.

[2] Annual Parish Assembly Meeting - This is a meeting of the electorate which must by Law be held between the 1^st March and 1^st June inclusive. The Chairman will give his Annual Report and generally a guest speaker is invited. Refreshments are served.
