Hever Church of England Aided Primary School is a small village school with its own grounds in pleasant rural surroundings. Immediate neighbours are St Peter's Church and Hever Castle, and the school maintains links with both. There has been a school in Hever since Victorian times, the present building being constructed between 1909 and 1911 by William Waldorf Astor. The school has a playground, nature garden and small games field. The adjacent village football field is frequently used for larger school events.
