Report of Parish Council Meeting - 28th July 2004. On Wednesday 28th July 2005 Kessingland Parish Council met to discuss and approve the Final Report concerning Kessingland?s Parish Plan. The Council were informed by the Chairman that it was necessary for the Plan to be discussed by all members of Council and to highlight those issues that the Parish Council are likely to be taking a lead role. The Council were informed that following the Public Meeting a number of volunteers came forward to be part of the Community Working Party. It will be there remit working in liaison with the Parish Council and other Agencies to take this project forward so that the residents of Kessingland will have an improved quality of life and infrastructure The Steering Group originally formed after the first Public Meeting will stay on in an advisory capacity, being the link between the Working Party and the Parish Council. After discussing a number of the issues raised in the final report the Parish Council passed a resolution that the Parish Plan be approved and the project move forward. All those present voted in favour there were no abstainers. ____________________________________________________________________ Could somebody from the Journal contact the Parish Council Chairman to discuss the above and the fact that Bob BLIZZARD M.P. will be attending the next Parish Council Meeting to discuss the Parish Plan.
