You are summoned to a MEETING OF KESSINGLAND PARISH COUNCIL which will be held on WEDNESDAY 12th March 2008 at 7.30pm in the Methodist Church Hall, Church Road, Kessingland.

                        Meeting

1.   a) To receive any apologies for absence.

     b) To receive any declarations of interest regarding the agenda.

 

       2.   To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 13th February 2008 and Wednesday 27th February 2008

                       

   3.            Meeting adjourned for public participation   

 

The purpose of the meeting is for Councillors to discuss Parish business and whilst the attendance of residents is welcomed, they are not allowed to join in the discussions of the Councillors.

During each meeting the council will adjourn for a period of 10 minutes for public questions. During this time, residents can put questions to the Chairman regarding local concerns. Where possible, the Chairman will respond but the matter may have to be deferred and placed on a later month's agenda for discussion.

b)  To receive a report from the police representative.

                c)  To receive a report from Suffolk County Council

                d)  To receive comments from any members of the public

                 Erection of rear conservatory at Panthi House, Coastguard Lane, by Mr and Mrs Nooley.    

 

        10.    Finance - including;

      a) Accounts and cheques for signature

      b) Donation requests

      c) Library Community Group Grant application

 

11.   Date of next meeting -   Wednesday 27th FEbruary27 26th March 2008 at 7.30pm
