 KESSINGLAND PARISH COUNCIL                              

Notice

The MEETING OF KESSINGLAND PARISH COUNCIL will be held on Wednesday 23rd April 2008 at 8.30pm in the Methodist Church Hall, Church Road, Kessingland after the Annual Parish Meeting which takes place at 7.30pm.

The purpose of the meeting is for Councillors to discuss Parish business and whilst the attendance of residents is welcomed, they are not allowed to join in the discussions of the Councillors.

 

                        Meeting

1.   a) To receive any apologies for absence.

     b) To receive any declarations of interest regarding the agenda

Meeting opened for public contribution         

        During each meeting the council will adjourn for a period of 10 minutes for public questions. During this time, residents can put questions to the Chairman regarding local concerns. Where possible, the Chairman will respond but the matter may have to be deferred and placed on a later month's agenda for discussion.

   a) Beach warden

   b) Allotments/Mardles

   c) Section 106 working group/amenities

    f) Emergency Committee

   g) Footpaths

   h) Library Groups

   i) Parish Plan 

   j) Events 2008 - Beach BBQ

   k) Youth hangout

   5.    Questions provided to the Chair on matters not covered elsewhere in the agenda. 

                                     

  6.     Reports from meetings attended by councillors.  

           

  7.   Planning applications received prior to the meeting including;

 7a.  Planning correspondence including WDC decisions.
