Removal of condition No.7 from W5688/5 in relation to ridge height and minor alterations to previously approved plans.

The Parish Council on the 23rd November recommended that this application be refused on the grounds that to allow this alteration to take place would create a precedent to all future developments where the builders make mistakes  in construction  or ignore the approved plans. In addition the Parish Council expressed their concern that had the Building Inspector from Waveney District Council been keeping a eye on this development, this would not have happened.
