Change from 4no Saxtead Houses to 3no Saxtead Houses and 2no Dunwich Houses at Plots 25-28a, Phase 2 Heritage Green by Badger Building(E.Anglia) Ltd

Approved by the Parish Council on the 25th January 2005 only because Badger Building stated that they wanted to increase the number of affordable homes on site. Added to this is the Parish Councils request that the developers comply with the conditions of PPG17, in providing open green space in the next phase of development.
