This is an application by Mr. J. Narburgh of Georgian Lodge, Glebe Close, Lowestoft,  for construction of a chalet bungalow on land at the rear of 41 High Street Kessingland.

This was considered by the Parish Council at its meeting on 14th. February. It was recommended for refusal on the grounds of overlooking neighbours, access, and overdevelopment of the site.

This was considered by Waveney District Council and a decision was deferred
