Reconstruction of double garage in rear garden for Mr and Mrs Mummery 133 Church Road Kessingland.

Refused by Parish Council 26th July 2007 on the following grounds:-

a) Council would query the plans/description of the proposal as a "reconstruction of a double garage in rear garden" as on undertaking a site visit, from the front elevation Council considers that this is a two story building as there are windows on the top elevation.

b) There is not sufficient room between the boundaries to undertake maintenance work.

c) It appears that there are drainage issues as the water goes into the adjoining property.
