Short Mat Bowls Club

The Langtree Short Mat Bowls Club meets, in the Parish Hall, on Wednesdays, in the afternoon from 1:30 to 3:30, and in the evening from 7:30 to 9:30.

The club plays in the North Cornwall and North Devon Bowling Federation and achieved promotion last season.  We are currently playing in the Evening league and the Afternoon Triples league.

The club is fortunate that we have three mats and the space, in the hall to lay them out so that it means that even if there is a match, other players can enjoy a game.

New players are always welcome.  The club has spare woods for visitors to try and all you need is a pair of carpet slippers or thick socks (Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the mats).  You do not have to have played before, so if you have considered giving it a try come along and meet us on Wednesday afternoons or evenings.  Alternatively ring one of the contacts below who will be pleased to help you.
