Minutes of a meeting held on Wednesday 5th January 2005 in the Council Chambers.
1. PRESENT. Cllrs, M Giles (Chairman), R Bale, E Gibbs, J Newman and C Williams. Apologies from Cllr G Blackmore and Mrs J White (parish clerk)
2. MINUTES. Minutes of the meeting held on the Wednesday 24th November
2004 were approved as a true record.
3. MATTERS ARISING. The renewal of public entertainment licence for the Crown public house, the details will be forwarded to Cllr Gardiner who is interested in putting the councils objections to the committee. Untidy gardens, please note that after the letter to Mr Higgins at Sarsens the garden at 107 Andover Road has been cleared. Planning application for development of Crawboys Lane has been refused on most of the grounds the council raised.

7. CLERKS CONTRACT, SALERY & GOOD EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE Cllrs Gibbs and Giles volunteered to form a small sub committee with Mrs White to draft a new contract and report at the next committee meeting.
