Welcome to North Mundham Parish Council's Website.
The Parish of North Mundham is situated 3 miles from the ancient city of Chichester and 5 miles from the famous seaside resort of Bognor Regis on the B2166. The Parish is served by the number 60 bus (with four new bus shelters installed by the Parish Council in 2004 and 2005)
The Parish of North Mundham is made up of a population of some 975 people spread in approximately 460 homes through the 3 villages of North Mundham, South Mundham and Runcton and the 2 hamlets of Bowley and Fisher. The Parish is largely agricultural/horticultural area and although no roads lead to the sea there is an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways including routes leading to Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve.
The Parish has its own village primary school, two nursery schools', an ancient church, a local public house with a very good food menu and occasional live bands, a farm shop and a retail nursery. Along with a village hall, sports pavilion and tennis club. The Parish also boasts a large playing field which has a small skateboarding facility (installed in 2004) and the children's play area (installed in 2003).
