Please attend the Parish Council Meeting of Walton Parish Council to be held at: -
St. John?s Community Church Hall, Old Chester Road, Walton on Thursday the 3rd November 2005 at 7.30pm.
Parish Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any interest in items for discussion on the Agenda and withdraw from the meeting, if appropriate.
Agenda
1 To receive apologies for absence notified to the Chairman and/or Clerk
2 To receive a proposal for adjournment
· to introduce Mr. Stephen Massey of United Utilities Plc, who will update the Parish Council on the progress of the works at Pool Lane Pumping Station.
· to allow members of the Parish to address the Parish Council.
Please note; Standing Orders for members of the Parish addressing the meeting will apply. The Chairman will invite comments, these will be restricted to 3 minutes per speaker.
3 To confirm and approve the Minutes from the Parish Council Meeting held on the 6th October 2005.
4 To receive reports on Matters Arising from previous meetings, not covered elsewhere on the Agenda.
· To receive an update from Councillor Chadwick appertaining to securing the future and use of the land owned by the Parish Council.
· To review the repairs to the ford on Park Lane, this is a late Agenda item at the request of Councillor Mr. Hardie following problems and the closure of Park Lane.
5 To receive the report from Borough Councillor Walker on WBC matters.
6 To receive and accept the report from the Clerk on the Parish Accounts and to formally approve the accounts for payment as listed.
· To review the financial information prepared by the Clerk and discuss items to be included in the draft budget to be presented for further discussion at the meeting on the 1st December 2005.
7 To receive and accept the report from the Planning Committee on delegated matters relating to planning issues.

11 To review the Sustainable Communities Bill, Councillor Mr. Hardie requested that this item be included on the Agenda at this meeting at the meeting held on the 1st September 2005. .
12 To review any Correspondence, not previously discussed under Agenda items.
13 To set the date and time of the next Parish Council Meeting ? 1st December 2005 commencing at 7.15pm at St. John?s Community Church Hall, Old Chester Road, Walton. A formal proposal will be put before the Parish Council to amend the commencement time for this meeting.
