St. John's Community Church Hall, Old Chester Road, Walton on Thursday the 6th July 2006 at 7.30pm.
Parish Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any interest in items for discussion on the Agenda and withdraw from the meeting, if appropriate. Agenda 1 To receive apologies for absence notified to the Chairman and/or Clerk
2 To receive any further nominations and appoint additional members to Committees · Planning Councillors Mr. & Mrs. Hardie, Hewitt already re-elected, additional vacancy. · Village Betterment Councillors Lacey, Brocklehurst, Bennett already re-elected, additional vacancies.
3 To receive a proposal of adjournment to allow members of the Parish to address the Parish Council . Please note; Standing Orders for members of the Parish addressing the meeting will apply. The Chairman will invite comments, these will be restricted to 3 minutes per speaker.
4 To confirm and approve the Minutes from the Parish Council Meeting held on the 1st June 2006.
6 To receive reports on Matters Arising from previous meetings, not covered elsewhere on the Agenda.
· To receive an update from Councillor Chadwick appertaining to securing the future and use of the land owned by the Parish Council.
7 To receive the report from Borough Councillor Walker on WBC matters.
8 To receive and accept the report from the Clerk on the Parish Accounts and to formally approve the accounts for payment as listed.
· To receive a proposal that the Parish Council makes a donation of £100 to WYFC in support of their activities with the young people in the area.
9 To receive and accept the report from the Planning Committee on delegated matters relating to planning issues.
10 To receive reports of Appointed Representatives on:-

· Risk Assessment Report from Committee o Maintenance of seating benches · Village Betterment Report from Committee · Street lighting · Village centre footpath/triangle · "Street Scene" · Parish Web Site · Creamfield's Concert · To discuss and agree final draft for signing by the Chairman, the Employment Contract relating to the Parish Clerk. · Civic Service - Proposed Procedure · Other Parish Matters
12 To review any Correspondence, not previously discussed under Agenda items.
13 To set the date and time of the Parish Council Meeting - 7th September 2006 at St. John's Community Church Hall, Old Chester Road, Walton commencing at 7.30pm
