Please attend the Parish Council Meeting of Walton Parish Council to be held at: -

St. John’s Community Church Hall, Old Chester Road, Walton on Thursday the 5^th June 2008, at 7.30pm.

Parish Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to declare any interest in items for discussion on the Agenda and withdraw from the meeting, if appropriate.

Agenda

1        To receive apologies for absence notified to the Chairman and/or Clerk.

2        To sign and receive the Declaration of acceptance of office and undertaking to observe the Code of Conduct adopted by Walton Parish Council. – Councillor Ward

3        Adjournment to allow members of the Parish to address the Parish Council.

Please note; Standing Orders for members of the Parish addressing the meeting will apply. The Chairman will invite comments, these will be restricted to 3 minutes per speaker.

4        To confirm and approve the Minutes from the Parish Council Meeting held on the 8^th May 2008..

5        To receive reports on Matters Arising from previous meetings, not covered elsewhere on the Agenda.

6        To receive the report from Borough Councillor Kennedy on WBC matters.

7        To receive and accept the report from the Clerk on the Parish Accounts and to formally approve the accounts for payment as listed.

8        To receive and accept the report from the Planning Committee on delegated matters relating to planning issues.
