PRIMETIME FITNESS CLASSES - 50 +

Are you 50 years and over, male or female and looking to get fit, meet people and have fun?, then these classes are just what you need. They will increase your cardio fitness, and every day functional strength. I will help you improve on your balance and co-ordination whilst having great fun. Using low impact exercises and great music we will tone up, and lose some pounds!! and increase those energy levels. I am fully qualified and have 14 yrs experience in the fitness industry so you will be in safe hands!!
