I moved to Alderholt in 1972 aged 10.  Attended Cranborne Middle School and later Kingston Maurward at Dorchester. Now farming at Bull Hill,  helping to reinstate traditional Dorset Grassland and habitate for wild life.

I am married to Angela, manager of Alderholt Sunbeams preschool, and have three children aged 18, 15 and 12. I am interested in local history new and old and am full of useless information!!!!!!! especially about Landrovers  - in the anorak world of Landrovers I am known as something of an authority - so watch out that you don't put your tyres the wrong way round!!
