This meeting was rescheduled to follow the annual parish meeting as the planning meeting previously arranged on 23rd April at the reading rooms was cancelled due to not being quorate.

38/09   Public Open Forum; There were no members of the public at this meeting and no comments had been received regarding the applications, as invited on the public notice.

39/09   Declarations of Interest; AH Hibberd- Prejudicial interest in planning application 3/09/0274/CLU. Cllr Hibberd left the room during discussions and voting on this application.

           

40/09   Minutes of the previous meeting were agreed and signed by Cllr Hibberd. No matters arising from the minutes.

Continued Occupation of Dwelling without Complying with Agricultural Occupancy Condition (Condition 2 of Planning Permission 437232)

Objection;

APC believe that the previous owner, Mr Castle, was involved in agricultural business; he kept cattle and sold hay and straw until he sold the property in 2006.

Members would also like to ask planning Department the following question; If people have bought the property and been living on the premises without being involved in agriculture, isn't that a beach of planning and therefore why wasn't enforcement involved before when the property was sold/purchased in 2006?
