The Parish Council appoints an Administrator as a focal point of contact. The administrator would appoint Editors.

Editors are people who want to use the template to publish information, about any clubs or activities, the local teams sports results, or just generally about what is going on.

Any non-commercial and not-for-profit club, society, association or charity is entitled to web space free of charge on The Local Channel.

Editors are are Registered Users of The Local Channel who are leaders of Organisations, clubs or societies that approve the addition of content by Contributors for their Organisation. They may also be a Contributor. Editors are approved for their Organisation by the Administrator.
