MINUTES of a PLANNING & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE Meeting held on THURSDAY 8th November 2007 at 7.00pm in The Guildhall, Butchers Row, Barnstaple

PT144 APOLOGIES

As recorded on the attendance sheet apologies were received from Councillor B Macbeth.

PT145 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

The following declarations of interest had been entered on the reverse of the attendance sheet: -

Cllr Harvey Item No. 9 Personal and Prejudicial.

Cllr F B Vernon Item No. 9 Personal and Prejudicial.

Cllr S P Upcott Item No. 4.f) 45503 Personal as he is the Town Council's representative on the Bridge Trust who own the property and Item No. 4.g) 45502 as he is the Town Council's representative on the Bridge Trust who own the property.

Cllr Mrs Haywood Personal Interest as a District Councillor she stated that she would make her decision based on the facts presented at today's meeting.  However, in the event of any of these matters being dealt with at a later date by a District Council Committee of which she is a member, she will take her decision based on the facts before her at that time which may alter her original decision and Item No. 4.f) 45503 Personal as she sits on the Bridge Trust as Mayor and Item No. 4.g) 45502 as he is the Town Council's representative Personal as she sits on the Bridge Trust as the Mayor.

RESOLVED that minutes of the meeting held on the 25th October 2007 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
