MINUTES of a PLANNING & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE Meeting held on THURSDAY 19th June 2008 at 7.00pm in The Guildhall, Butchers Row, Barnstaple

PRESENT:         Councillor B Macbeth (Chairman)

Councillors: S P Upcott, F B Vernon, R Knight, I Roome, Miss C Upcott, J Green and J Barton-Constable

In Attendance: Miss V Pine (Committee Clerk)

PT28 APOLOGIES

As recorded on the attendance sheet apologies were received from Councillors Mrs V Elkins, S Harvey and J Phillips.
