Award for Youth Council

Barnstaple Youth Council has achieved a Gold Star Award from the Children's Hospice Southwest, after raising £52.64 for the charity from the sale of refreshments at its recent Music Festival.  Following the receipt of the Gold Star Award and the Youth Council's tour of Little Bridge House, the Youth Council has resolved to appoint the Children's Hospice South West as its charity for the year 2008/2009.
