It was appreciated that the Parish Council has placed a litter bin in the lay by and this had helped, but it is still an ongoing problem. Although the Parish Council has every sympathy with this situation, it was pointed out that as this was private land there was very little else they could do to help. It was suggested that private signs be erected and in the case of the fly tipping, then Devon County Council should be Informed.
