If you want to shape up for summer but are new to the gym, then our specially designed Kickstart! programme will help you to achieve your fitness goals with five one-to-one sessions with our qualified Fitness Instructors over your first five weeks of working out. They will put together your own personal programme and give you lots of hints and tips of how to get the results you want out of your exercise.

For a great cardio-vascular workout you can also try some of our high-energy aerobics classes, or if you would rather take time to relax, then our Pilates or Yoga sessions are the thing for you.

You can compliment your gym and classes with a swim in our family friendly pool. which offers a great place to swim for fitness or simply to relax, and there are regular low-impact Water Aerobic classes their too. There is a dedicacted teaching pool for younger swimmers and a full range of swimming lessons starting with Parent & Toddler classes, right up to courses for adults. The pool also features a great flume water slide and regular giant inflatable and fun sessions for the children.

Lewes Leisure Centre also features an indoor climbing wall, three spotrs halls hosting a wide range of activities, a sauna and steam suite and a sunbed.

There is a full programme of children's activities for all ages throughout the term and holidays, from the Ocean Adventure soft play centre to football skills courses, plus arts and crafts.
