The Parish Council is running a competition open to all
children in the parish to design a logo for the Parish Council. Under 18s are
invited to draw, paint or use a computer programme, eg Paint to design a logo
which will reflect out parish. You will need to think about what makes East
Dean special: is it the hills, the stream, the church or something else? Then
use these images to produce a simple but attractive logo.
Entries should be handed in to one of the councillors or sent
as an attachment to the clerk, see details below, by 13 December and the prize
for the winning logo will be presented at the Christmas Get-Together on 20th
December. The winner will also get to see their logo on the Parish newsletter.
