The Parish Council does employ lengthsmen who pick up litter up to four times a week in the Parish. They also report problem areas to the Council every month. They do a great job but unfortunately we don't have the resources to have them go out every day.

There are presently some roadworks at this junction making it even more treacherous, however it seems that the hedge on the rural side has been trimmed, so visibility should be improved once the roadworks are gone.

There have been numerous accidents at the Stenson Road/Wragley Way junction. This is mainly because of the speed that cars approach over the A50 bridge and also poor visibility from Wragley Way towards Derby. The parish council have asked for a roundabout to be put here but the request has been refused...
