    Depends where you are from really...Can't say I have noticed any hanging from the lines where I live in Southwater - a classy area maybe!!!

    I have heard that this practice of putting trainers up on telephone wires is a way that drug dealers mark out their territory. Whether that is true or not I can't say, but I have noticed it more in my town in those sorts of areas.
