Parish Council Meetings Schedule
COMPTON DUNDON PARISH COUNCIL
SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS May 2008 to May 2009
All of the following meetings will be held at the Meadway Hall, Ham Lane, Compton Dundon.
Press and the public are welcome to attend any Parish Council Meeting. At each there will be a time slot for public participation from 7.00pm to 7.15pm where any member of the public can speak to or question the Parish Council on any subject relevant to the Parish. It does not have to be on the agenda and you do not need to make an appointment - just turn up and raise your hand to speak. All meetings will address (inter alia) current planning applications, highway issues, rights of way and the accounts of the Council.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the electors of Compton Dundon and Littleton and not a council meeting although it will be chaired by the chairman of the Parish Council and minuted by the Parish Clerk. The Chairman will present the Annual Report of the Council, whilst various community groups will present their Annual Reports.

Notification of meetings Councillors and members of the public will receive notice and agendas of each meeting with three days clear notice, on the Parish Council notice boards.
