COMPTON DUNDON PARISH COUNCIL
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE of an Extraordinary Meeting of Compton Dundon Parish Council meeting commencing at 7:00pm on Wednesday 23rd July 2008 to be held in Meadway Hall, Ham Lane. All members of the council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business set out in the following agenda. Planning applications will be available at 6:30pm in Meadway Hall for inspection. At 7.00pm, members of the general public will be invited to speak to or question the Parish Council on any subject relevant to the Parish. It does not have to be on the agenda and you do not need to make an appointment - just turn up and raise your hand to speak. The formal meeting will commence after public speaking has finished or at 7.15pm whichever is the sooner.
