Compton Dundon

Compton Dundon is an attractive village, lying in one of the most picturesque parts of Somerset, overlooked by the Polden Hills to the east and bordering the levels and moors to the west. Compton is situated on the B3151 between Somerton and Street.

Dundon lies between the two hills of Dundon Beacon and Lollover. The older parts of the village are built in the local blue lias stone and there are several thatched cottages.

Compton, Dundon, & Littleton share a range of community facilities including the church, school, and cricket pitch, in Dundon, and a post office, village hall, and public house in Compton.
