DUNNIKIER COMMUNITY COUNCIL

 Kirkcaldy is a town of about 52 thousand people and lies on the north shore of the Firth of Forth, on the East coast of Scotland.

The area we represent lies in the north of the town, and is made up of mainly privately owned homes. Some of these homes are 40 years old and others are newly built.  This is an expanding area and we expect the population of our area to grow rapidly over the next 10 years.
