Then type in High Ash Church of England School.

High Ash Church of England School is a school where we all work together to provide the very best education for each and every child.

We place great emphasis on the community and family spirit. Our children enjoy regularly celebrating in the local church. The curriculum we offer is varied and enriched by many visitors to the school, through breadth and balance we aim to meet the children's individual needs and abilities and challenge them to the full.   We make full use of our beautiful location and get involved in many local initiatives.

We have an enviable record of academic success in both our National SAT's results and grammar school entry. Our rounded curriculum develops the whole child. Children are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities including, music, art, drama and sport.   We offer numerous extra curricular clubs and activities and the children have the opportunity to learn instruments, participate in school productions and take part in County Sports.

School Catchment Areas

We serve the villages of Stoke Hammond, Little Brickhill and Great Brickhill. We also attract a large number of children from outside the catchment area. When children leave High Ash CE school they go on to grammar schools and other local schools. We are in the catchment area for Aylesbury Vale schools including the Aylesbury grammar schools.

School Facilities

The school is light and spacious with superb facilities. We have well-equipped classrooms and shared areas including the library, ICT suite, food technology and hall/gymnasium. We also have our own swimming pool. Since we believe in equality of opportunities for all our children, the school is all on one level and adapted for wheel chair users. We have disabled toilets.

Our grounds include a garden, activity play areas, willow sculpture, playing fields and hard court games facilities. These are attractive and functional, providing many opportunities for learning and recreation.

The school building and grounds can be hired. Please contact the school bursar for details.
