I hereby give notice of a Meeting of The Planning Committee to be held at the Hawkchurch Village Hall on Wednesday 1st August 2007 at 7pm to transact the business as detailed on the attached agenda.

THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS MEETING

  1. Apologies: To receive and, if agreed, resolve to accept apologies for absence.
  2. Predeterminations: To record any predeterminations regarding planning applications being dealt with at this meeting
  3. Declarations: Councillors are reminded of the requirements under the Code of Conduct to declare any interests in matters being dealt with at this meeting, either at this stage of the meeting or as soon as they become aware of the interests. Councillors should state whether the interest is a personal or prejudicial one, the reason for the interest and the action, if any that they will take prior to the item being dealt with.
  4. Democratic Period: To receive any comments from members of the public in respect of items appearing on this agenda. The Meeting will be addressed by Kate Little, Head of Planning, East Devon District Council.
  5. Planning : a)To deal with Planning Applications as shown on the attached planning list b) To deal with any other planning matters not shown on the application list if agreed by the meeting.
  6. Determinations: To note determinations on planning matters as received by the Local Planning Authority.
  7. Enforcement/Appeals: To note any correspondence in relation to enforcements or appeals and, if applicable, resolve to take applicable action.
  8. EDDC: Review of Polling Places & Polling Stations: Correspondence from Mark Williams, Chief Executive, EDDC, regarding suitability of the Polling Station. He requires a minuted decision.
  9. West Dorset District Council: Core Strategy Issues and Options Paper. Consultation paper
  10. Correspondence: Relevant Correspondence received by the Clerk
