Welcome to our website! We are a small but active community within the Garden of England. The purpose of our site is to provide you with the opportunity of seeing how the Parish Council serves the community as well as giving you an idea of the various activities in this lovely part of the country. The Parish is made up of the three Villages - Four Elms, Hever and Mark Beech and is part of the Sevenoaks District.
