PART TWO: List of All Planning Decisions issued during a particular week
The Weekly Planning Bulletins are issued every Monday (Tuesday after Public Holidays). Part One contains details of those applications received, and registered as valid, by the City of Edinburgh Council, within the previous week. Part Two contains a list of applications on which decisions were issued during the previous week.
The applications in the two lists are sorted by the Electoral Ward in which they are proposed. If there are no applications/decisions in a given Ward, the Ward name will appear and there will be a blank space underneath.
You can inspect the application forms, plans and other documents submitted for those applications on which a decision has not yet been made at the Enquiry Office at the address below.

The Weekly Planning Bulletin Format
The Weekly Planning Bulletin, Part One: List of Valid Planning Applications is formatted to show as much information about the registered applications as possible. Below is a description of the information included in the List:

| Constraints | a list of the key planning considerations which will affect the determination of the application, such as: - if it is in a conservation area
- if it is a statutory listed building
- if it within the World Heritage Site
- if it is within the Green Belt

| Application Number | a unique sequential reference number for the application. The suffix defines the type of application eg FUL = detailed planning permission etc (See list below) |
| Proposed Development and Address | a description of what the applicant is proposing to do and the site of the proposal |
| Agent?s Name and Address | the name of the company/person acting on behalf of the applicant and their mailing address |
| Applicants Name and Address | the name of the individual(s) proposing to carry out the development and their mailing address |
| Potential Method of Decision | whether the Council anticipates that the application could be determined using Delegated Powers, or whether it is clear that it will have to be presented to the weekly Development Quality Sub-Committee for determination |
| Date Registered and Advertised | the date that the application was registered as valid by the Council. The 21 day period for making representations starts with this day. Where applicable the date the application is to be advertised is also shown. The period for representation is extended to 21 days following the date of advertisement. |
| Officer and ?Phone No | the name and telephone number of the Council Planning Officer assigned to assess the application and draft a recommendation |

The Weekly Planning Bulletin, Part Two: Decision List is formatted to show as much information about applications which have been determined as possible. Below is a description of the information included in the List:

| Proposed Development and Address | a description of what the applicant sought consent for and the site of the proposal |
| Agent?s Name and Address | the name of the company/person acting on behalf of the applicant and their mailing address |
| Applicants Name and Address | the name of the individual(s) or organisation which applied for consent and their mailing address |
| Method of Decision | the manner in which the application was determined, either using Delegated Powers, or whether it was presented to the weekly Development Quality Sub-Committee for determination. |
| Decision | the decision that has been passed on the application |
| Date Decision Issued | the date on which the decision letter relating to the application was issued. This will not necessarily be the same date as the date on which the proposal was presented to Committee. |
