Following opposition from some surrounding residents, the Parish Council's Planning

Sub-Committee carried out a site inspection. It was discovered that the decking was wider   than that shown on the plans of a previous application and that a large staircase             descending into the adjoining            field had been constructed.

It was reported that the applicant had agreed to some changes to the proposal so             Councillors felt it would be appropriate to await an amended application before             commenting.
