The discount for block booking in advance is for a minimum of 10 bookings There is a £7 charge added for preparation in the hall the night/day before An additional ‘cleaning up' charge of £10 may be levied if the Hall is not adequately cleaned, at the discretion of the Booking Secretary All hire charges are inclusive of heating, lighting, power and all existing furniture. China, cutlery, tea-urn, teapots and jugs may be hired and taken out for private parties etc. Loss or breakages will have to be paid for.
Tables, chairs, card-tables and trestle-tables can also be hired
