Newbury already has a wide and varied range of vibrant arts and leisure activities and a strong cultural heritage. The Town Council feels it is important to promote and facilitate arts & leisure within the town, and to encourage greater provision and participation, as this will continue to make Newbury an exciting place in which to live, work and visit.
