Affordable housing
Land has now been bought by AVDC and planning has been granted or 12 units watch this space for further updates At the parish Council meeting held on the 1st Nov the result of the Parish survey on the possibility of using part of the playing field was announced. The majority of the votes received were against (just over 25% of the households in the village returned their voting slips) This means that the Parish Council will not sell AVDC any land and will oppose/fight any development of the area of the Playing field owned by AVDC.
