MINUTES OF THE A.G.M. HELD ON 20th JUNE 2005 IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT 8.00 PM
Members Present: Councillors David Cross, Betty Francis Roger Pryor, Jean Reay,
David Cross (standing in for clerk)
Apologies: Tony Turner, Nick Shutes.
Also in attendance: Councillor Anne Marchant.
There were no members of the Public or Press in attendance.
AGENDA
1. Elect a Chairperson and vice Chairperson.
Upon the proposition by David Cross, seconded Betty Francis, Jean Reay was unanimously elected Chairperson for the ensuing year.
Upon the proposition by Jean Reay, and seconded by Roger Pryor, David Hilton was unanimously elected in his absence to Vice Chairperson.
2. Minutes of A.G.M. held on 21st June 2004.
Having been circulated they were approved as a true record and signed by the Chairperson.
3. Matters Arising.
No Matters arose.
4. A.O.B.
No further business was brought forward.
The Meeting was closed at 8.14 p.m.
