Rampton Fun Run
2007 Fun Run and Relay was on Sunday 29 April Held at Rampton Park Meadows, Sunday 29th April. A sincere thank you to everyone who took part and supported this event. At time of writing we have raised £291.00 for the Milton Hospice, which doubles last year’s donation.
On the day 45 runners took part.
• Fastest women's relay team: Avril Milligan, Alison Bateson, Geraldine Leonard and Gena Leonard.
• Fastest men's relay team: John Bateson and Iain Law (2 laps each).
• Fastest four lap solo effort: Mark Wickham.
• Fastest Boy: Charlie Lewis.
• Fastest Girl: Poppy Bussian.
• Fastest Woman: Dora Dixon.
• Fastest Man: Paul Dixon.
Naomi Waldcock ran as a 5th member of a relay team and was recorded as an individual runner. Her time, however, was faster than Poppy Bussian who has since passed over her medal.

Rampton Relay Race. This family event was held (in 2005) on Sunday 24 April in Rampton Park. Family teams (and individuals) pounded the paths around the park to raise money for Children with Cerebral Palsy. 
Congratulations to all those who participated (and supported) the event. 
Sadly, despite the good weather, there was a poor turnout of teams and supporters for the occasion - so better get in training for next year's event!
