Come and see what is on offer at Seaford's local indoor all-year-round swimming centre in Sutton Avenue. Following a recent £130,000 refurbishment, the pool offers a seven-day-a-week programme of swimming activities including water aerobics classes and children's giant fun inflatables sessions on the weekend and during holiday times. The pool also offers a full programme of swimming lessons for all ages, including adult classes from beginner to the more experienced swimmer. At the nearby Downs Leisure Centre you can enjoy the gym, exercise classes, badminton, table tennis, sunbed tanning suite, or relax in the Wave Cafe. The centre offers a full programme of children's activities for all ages throughout the term and summer holidays, from Dino's Funland soft play to football skills courses.
